The Evanston Cycling club and the City of Evanston are again preparing for this summer’s bike race.  Please know that the 21st annual Cook-Sanders Associates, Inc. and The Spence Law Firm High Uintas Classic Stage Race, “OVER THE TOP,” is scheduled for Saturday and Sunday, June 20 and 21, 2009.  Please accept this as an invitation to assist as a volunteer for the race.

 Meetings will be held at 5:30 p.m. each Wednesday leading up to the race, in the Evanston City Council Chambers. Please try to attend these meetings, if possible.  If you are unable to attend these meetings, or if you have any questions, please feel free to call Terri Arnell at 783-6470 or email tarnell@evanstonwy.org.  Please visit www.evanstoncycling.org for continuing updated information about snow conditions at Bald Mountain Pass, and about the race.
