Uinta County Museum Holiday Open House
The Museum Shop invites everyone to its Holiday Open House on Saturday, November 22, from 1 to 3 pm. From candles to calendars to cookbooks, from notecards to novels, the Shop features a wide range of books and gifts from Wyoming and the West.
A special guest at the open house will be Wyoming writer Marcia Hensley. Marcia will be signing her newly published book STAKING HER CLAIM: WOMEN HOMESTEADING THE WEST, based on dozens of single women's personal accounts of their adventures as homesteaders in the early 1900s.
The Museum Shop is located at 1020 Front Street in downtown Evanston. We're open 9 to 5 Monday through Friday and 10 to 4 on Saturday. For more information, contact us at 789-8248 or museum@uintanet.com.
