Chad is world-record wheelchair athlete, a highly sought-after inspirational speaker, and published author. He travels the world entertaining and teaching individuals and organizations how to accept, adapt, and act on change. We are extremely fortunate to have him visiting Evanston.

Free Diabetes Lecture
Quarterly Diabetes Lectures for 2007 will be held May 16, Aug 15, and Nov 21 at 6 p.m. at the Uinta County Library Classroom. This is a free presentation for anyone interested.
For individual diabetes or pre-diabetes education, contact Public Health at 789-9203 to set up an appointment. You will meet with a nurse and will receive books, pamphlets, and exercise equipment as available.
There is a $10 donation to help cover supplies and materials. Persons unable to donate will not be turned away.
