REC CENTER HOURS, Monday through Friday 5:30 am – 10:00 pm; Sat 10:00 am – 12:00 noon and Sun 12:00 noon – 5:00 pm.
PUBLIC REC. SWIMS are scheduled Tues/Thur 10:00 – 11:00 am; Mon-Fri 11:00 am – 1:30 pm wading pool only and 7:00 – 8:30 pm; Saturday 12 noon – 4:30 pm and Sun 1:30 – 4:30 pm; Lap swim hours are scheduled Monday – Friday 5:30 – 7:30 am; 11:00 am – 1:30 pm; 5:00 – 5:55 pm; M-Th 8:30 – 9:30 pm; Sat 10 am – 12 noon and Sun 12 Noon – 1:30 p.m. Hot Tub closes ½ hour before closing.
AEROBIC CLASSES include: Morning Cardio Mix T/TH 5:30 am; Cardio Jam M/W/F 9:00 am; Maria’s Toolbox T/Th 9:30 am; Evening Aerobics M/W/F 5:45 pm; Stretch & Tone T/Th 5:45 pm; Work It Out M/W 7:00 pm; Saturday Morning Aerobics Sat 10 am. Group Cycling classes are held 5:30 am on M/W/F; 12:10 pm Mon, Wed, Fri and 7:00 pm on T/Th (Advanced reservations required for group cycling). Adult Water Exercise is held M/W/F from 10:00 – 11:00 am and 6:00- 7:00 pm. Aqua Jogging and Water Walking are also available during daily lap swim times. Call 789-1770 for more information.
SENIOR FITNESS ACTIVITIES include Senior Water Exercise Classes held M/W/F 9-10 am. Senior Walk, Swim and Soak will be held Tues and Thurs 11am to 1:30 pm at No Charge plus Happy Hikers Club and Sr. Circle Splash N Dash for walkers is available all days and hours of operation. Happy Hikers cards can be obtained at the Evanston Senior Citizens Center. Sr. Circle Splash N Dash cards available at Evanston Regional Hospital.
CHILD CARE is available while you work out Mon - Fri 8:45 am – 1 pm. Hourly and monthly rates available.
