34th Annual Ft. Bridger Mountain Man Rendezvous
Come experience something your family will remember for years. Walk through the exhibits and later through the museum. You will enter the primitive encampment filled with tipis, wall tents, and lean-tos.. Traders carrying all sorts of pre-1840 items will be available for your shopping enjoyment. Numerous entertainers ranging from traditional Indian dancers to Scottish bagpipers can be heard throughout the day. Competitions will display skills with muzzle loading weapons ranging from pistols to cannons. You will encoounter a number of activities and competitions from knife and tomahawk throwing to kids games, dutch oven cooking and a fry pan toss. Experts in all aspects of fur trade items and skills will be giving demonstraions. A primitive food court will also be available inside the fort grounds.
